Andrew Bemus

Andrew Bemus, Associate, supports several clients on a broad range of issues including: environment, defense, education, workforce and economic development, and transportation. Mr. Bemus also manages the state program for the Sustainable PFAS Network industry environmental coalition aimed at influencing regulatory and legislative actions at the state and federal levels.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bemus worked as Research Director at The Hawthorn Group, where he assisted in the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects throughout the country. Prior to that, Mr. Bemus worked as a Government Affairs Assistant at Williams & Jensen, where he helped complete client research and lead administrative duties. Mr. Bemus has also interned in the government affairs offices of the National Restaurant Association and Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the U.S. House of Representatives.  

 

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Andrew graduated from George Washington University in 2017 with a B.A. in Political Science. As an Eagle Scout, Mr. Bemus enjoys running and hiking around DC in his free time.
