Vicki Iseman, Partner, represents corporate and public sector clients on issues as diverse as government procurement and regulatory reform. Her experience includes representation of clients before Congress, Federal government agencies and state and local opinion leaders and advising senior executives and community and business leaders on strategic initiatives.

She has extensive experience in telecommunications, representing corporations before the House and Senate Commerce Committees, the Federal Communications Commission and the Department of Justice. She has been involved in a number of key wireless and broadcast issues, including digital television conversion, satellite regulations, spectrum allocation, and ownership opportunities for independent, specialty and small business telecommunications operators. Her work on the landmark 1992 and 1996 communications bills was instrumental in securing cable access for local broadcast television stations.

In addition to telecommunications, Ms. Iseman’s experience includes developing strategy for advancing the modernization of information technology in federal markets, including the FAA, DHS, NASA, DOJ, IRS and DOD. She works with public bodies to support critical local needs such as elderly assistance and transportation infrastructure and with public and private entities to promote efforts to lessen American reliance on foreign oil. She has successfully implemented grassroots campaigns for clients geared toward building community support for legislative initiatives including the "Keep America Moving" campaign to educate community leaders regarding the allocation of Federal highway trust funds; a campaign to support independent voices in the multimedia landscape; and a coalition of business leaders impacted by TARP and the financial crisis of 2008.

A strong proponent of educational advancement, she has proudly represented her elementary, high school and college alma maters in policy and budget fights at the state and local levels. Active in philanthropy, Ms. Iseman serves on the boards and works with several local and national charities.

A native of Pennsylvania, she holds a B.A. degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
